You should try xe.com, I found them to be cheaper than both OFX and Transferwise regardless of the amounts involved

Could be a scam as I thought all of the SEO experts were based in India - certainly that bombard me with emails every day are.

On a serious note, "best" SEO for the project depends on the requirements really. Technical vs. content, on-page vs. off-page, small website vs. enterprise website and so on.
Transferwise works well for non-trivial amounts. Do it properly.
