  This one says 2L for 80 washes but the other one in OP's post (Summer Breeze) is also 2L but only says 20 washes. What am I missing?

    The 80 wash one is a 'Concentrate' , whereas the other is just 'Regular'

        Being a concentrate, you wouldn't use as much. So I guess quarter of a cap instead of a full cap.
