        Which one would you recommend for the back of my 34" Ultrawide monitor? The 5m one with 4 connectors, or this TV one where we make a corner shape? I want the lighting to be as even as possible!

          Hi, for your 34" Ultrawide monitor, our 3M tv led backlight is enough. But to meet your requirements perfectly, we do recommend 5M led strip light. The difference between them is one, 3M tv led backlight with USB port, and the other with an adaptor, Australian plug.

          One most important point I want to explain is that our 5M led strip light comes with only 1 L-shape connector/corner connection, 6 fixed mounting bracket clips, 2 solderless unwired connectors. But the same, the led strip is very soft, you can easily make a corner shape to go around the corner.

    Hi I ordered the RF 5m led strip and it arrived today.

    I plugged it in and it won't turn on.

    How do I connect the remote to the receiver?

    The led light on the remote works but it will not turn on the strip

    Customer service replied to my email in less than 5 mins! Well done to them.

    These are the instructions of anyone else has this issue:

    Firstly when you plug the strip light into the socket, the strip light is white color and can not be changed by remote controller.
    Then please help us to unplug the adaptor. After the strip light is off, please press and hold the ‘On’ button/power switch button all the time and plug the adaptor into the outlet again. After the white light flashes about three times, the remote can totally control the strip light.

      Hi dear, so sorry for my late reply! Of course, you can cut the strip light to make it smaller/shorter. But please noted that please cut the strip light along the cutting mark, and only the part with the adaptor can work after cutting, the other part without the adaptor can not work independently.

      But now I don’t know what your bookshelf looks like. If you want to go around the corner, please make a corner shape to achieve it. The led strip is very soft.

    I ordered and received it the next day. These lights are really hardy! I wanted to test it in different parts of my room and opened the whole strip up and while doing so, stepped on the lights twice! I only realize when I saw the strip twisted from where I stepped on it. Untwisted it and they worked fine. Happy with the purchase
