800 is older model. 822 has optical zoom and higher fps than 800.

I'd get the 822 or 820. The 800 is an old discontinued model.

FWIW I have 1000/50 NBN and don't have any NBN issues. Generally 850Mbps give or take.

By default there is a dedicated wireless backhaul channel, I use this. You can make it dedicated front/backhaul also.
