  Yes. It comes sealed and on the bottom right hand corner it states "Bundle Copy" or something to that effect. Exact same as any other game. Have mine at home from last time but haven't opened it yet. Just finished Gears of War 1 and working through them all.

Gave this game a go on the weekend and found it to be awful. Suffered from huge input lag on my projector. Don't know if it was the game itself or an Xbox thing (only game I've played on it) but when I got the shits and fired up MW3 on my PS3 there was no lag to speak of (so it wasn't the projector).

Aside from the input lag, the weapons are boring and the game is way too easy. Not sure what all the hype is about.

That said, this is a great price.
