    Anyone else not heard anything about their order (placed on 27th)? I placed a bonds order the day before on the 26th and I got that last week, so no reason I shouldn't have this order. I emailed customer service about the missing order but they closed my case saying sorry due to covid it's going to take longer ! Fingers crossed they're not out of stock

      It's actually ridiculous, they aren't replying to any case reports either. Mine has now moved from "on hold" to "processing" and has been stuck there for an entire week.

        Well they ended up cancelling my order because my items were out of stock, after 2 weeks of no communication and me chasing them up. How about next time Bonds you don't sell stock you don't have

        Took them over a week to reply to my case report, and their first response was “sorry we missed this! Let us know if you still need help!” So I’m expecting another week to get a follow-up from that…

    They are refunding my order saying it's an out of stock item. Just sorted it out using live chat.

    Disappointing service. Ordered a single item - Gold Reverse Weeve Hoodie on the 26th, with the order showing as processing since then. Tonight received an email notice that my order had been refunded 24 days later.
