They dispatched 2-week old coffee to me last time, however I just called them and they sent a freshly roasted one to me, no dramas.
you know there would be like no difference between a fresh and two week old bean. In fact a two week old bean would most likely be better as it has had a proper chance to sweat.

It takes ages to load the page, finally paid through Bpay. when the page refresh back from Bpay to process the order, it times out.

I really enjoyed the Black Friday Blend from Coffee on Cue. Have since purchased their Elevate blend but found it too bitter/intense for my liking in cold brew - I also played with different ratios and coarseness.
Can anyone recommend a blend here that would be similar? Or otherwise, any other recommendations? What should I be looking out for?
Sunset Blvd is smooth and not intense like a single origin would be. I've had it a few times and it's very nice

The website is really bad. Inglewood need to sort out their website/hosting, the current e-commerce provider seems to be crap, it dies all the time.
Purchased nearly 48 hours ago and no email confirmation :')
I would say it didn't go through if you paid via credit card. I paid via cc on Sunday, didn't go through so I paid via PayPal and it went through straight away and I got a confirmation email.
When you say it didn't go through, did it debit your account and returned it?
Because as it seems, my account has been debited and no refund in place lol
Ah bugger, nah I was debited. When I looked up my order as I logged in to the website to place the order it was just sitting in "payment processing". Maybe contact them via the contact page and supply your name, email and they should be able to look up your order as you didn't get the confirmation email.
I also purchased about 2 days ago and never received email confirmation. I however, did use PayPal and logged into the Inglewood website when placing the order. So I have both PayPal confirmation as well as Inglewood order number in my profile. Hopefully there is no issue.

My mistake, I read it as you had already ordered and were asking the question. I don't think they'll have enough resources to reply on here. Probably best off contacting them via their website. I spoke to them yesterday via email.

Correct, the freezer will dry the beans out as it takes all the moisture out of the beans.

A bit concerned. Received my coffee today but no aeropress. Got an email saying “your order is complete” and also marked in my account as complete. No email in regards to the aeropress. Coffee is useless to me without the aeropress and I hope they don’t cancel it as I only ordered it to go with the aeropress.
