    These particular Mizuno's are a neutral shoe.

    The Kayanos and GT2000's are stability shoes for people who overpronate. (foot rolls inwards)

    I happen to have both, I’d like say wave sky 3 is much more comfortable than gt2000 as everyday shoes. For running they are for different purposes. I personally find it’s much lighter to run with gt2000.

  Just a note, having used both, that the Waveknit version of the wave sky feels different (in the upper) to the regular version.

  i prefer the waveknit version.
