I think they consider the 700's the new QC. The QC design is a bit old now to be honest, but quality and level of comfort is great
If that's true that's a huge mistake on Bose's part.
Im not familiar with the 700's to be honest, do you think they are inferior to the QC? And if so, why?
From an aestetical point of view I think they look prettier than the QC's but that's my opinion, and I have never tried them@liongalahad: Well, they're better looking and (very arguably) better sounding, but not nearly as comfortable to wear for long periods. They don't fold down as small as the QCs, making them worse for travelling, they have touch controls instead of the buttons the QC uses which is subjectively worse or better, depending on what you prefrer, and of course the SRP is nearly 50% higher than the QC II, and that's before any discounts.
I know this is dredging up an old post, but apparently they are soon releasing a QuietComfort 45, which look like they're going to be the official successor to the 35 IIs

Is this one "grey imported"? Should I need to worry about the warranty process?
these are sold directly by Kogan and Im pretty sure they are fully covered by standard warranty, but I guess you can contact the customer service and ask them directly

Amazon has them for $286 at the moment, I'd rather pay the extra $40 and get them delivered in a day.
I'm honestly surprised Bose haven't released a Mark 3 version of these. Although judging by how deeply discounted these seem to continue to be, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened sooner rather than later.
