        I gave up on cashback ages ago. Takes WAY too long for it to be processed and useful. I find 28 Degrees price protection much better.

          Agree, 3 months plus is kind of ridiculous. Even then there are probably a few that have been forgotten about. I think they bank on most people not chasing it up or thinking it's too hard to bother.

      If youre just a low mileage casual runner its really not going to make much of a difference - id probably just opt for the newer model.

    I received the wrong items on Saturday, I had to send them back on Saturday Morning and they gave me a 30% off sale items so I could buy again. Only problem was some of the sizes were no longer available.

    Another friend just received his order, also the wrong item.

      I ordered two of the same item, and they only sent 1. They can't even process to get the missing item sent out even though its in stock. They can only do a refund and you need to reorder. Understand if you are returning to change size that you need to go through refund process and reorder. But in this instance they stuffed up and they can't even send out the missing item. How hard it is to get an order done for their warehouse to ship the missing item.
