      The maltofer iron is a bit gentler on the stomach. I don't get some of the side effects you'd get with ferrograd.

      It’s the only iron I’ve tried that doesn’t cause nausea or constipation. I was recommended it by my obstetrician when pregnant. It’s super expensive though. It’s worth noting you should only take an iron supplement by recommendation of your doctor - a lot of people self diagnose iron deficiency and too much iron can be harmful.
