  Mine did. You can install the language pack anyway if yours doesn't. I added French to mine and it works great.

Still a great phone, (when running Belle), and still has the best camera available in a phone.

But not sure if it's a good price for an item that was discontinued in this country some months back.

So this is upgradable to Belle today? Hopefully the new software is a significant improvement, because if it isn't this is a terrible phone to use. Good hardware, practically unusable software.

  i had a play with one before i bought the mrs a desire z, highly recommend you play with it before buying… i just couldnt get it to work without stuffing around… the android phones where problem free by comparision.

i have one. it sucks. developed major issues outside warranty. have to restart it every day as the touchscreen becomes unresponsive. maybe just unlucky with this particular phone.
