    I have this and it recently updated to Android 11. The specs don't reflect what the current OTA being delivered is

        I believe it's "over the air", aka, a term used to describe the updates pushed to the device.

        Although specs may say it runs Android 9, with the latest OTA update it's actually running Android 11

    I ordered a Samsung tablet from them near on a month ago (not this model), the next day they sent a message saying it was back ordered, I'm still waiting for it and they don't reply to emails, it's probably pointless calling them, they'll just say wait for cancel I guess…

    It annoys me they're still selling them even though they don't actually have them in stock…

          What price were they offering that 4G model for at the time?

          Checked stock in my area and out of stock. Online seems to be ok, but that is where problem lies I'd say.

            Funny, TGG just responded to the email inquiry I made over 7 days ago, their response was: "Call us to find out what's happening with your order", lol, USELESS…

            (I tried the Telstra 32gig deal but I couldn't get it without a plan)

            Edit: I gave them a call, they said they'll look into it tomorrow maybe, then get back to me, lol, crazy…

    I recently did the same on Amazon prime day got it for $236.55 by calling Officeworks.(You need an account or the operator will create one for you)

      Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a price beat at my local OW due to the way TGG have implemented the discount (adding the code to the cart at checkout).

      The terms for the OW price beat lists excluded discounts, one of which is 'reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword'.
