Been eyeing on this for a while. The price stayed at $79. I presume they reduce it now to compete with something similar in Aldi.

  Don't bother - seriously. It's junk.

  It's incredibly fiddly to set up - took maybe an hour and this is coming from an IKEA veteran. My partner and I used it for basic herbs, so nothing too large or weighty. It started falling apart within a month, outdoors under a patio.

      I heard the red herb doesn't do anything on it's own but it can supposedly enhance the effects of other herbs, namely green herbs.

  I've had one for a while… Will agree it's pretty average, I kinda regretted the purchase after.

  If you want it for a balcony you have to build a makeshift water catcher otherwise it'll stain everything
