Hey all,
Finally got some time (and remembered) that the Samsung Cloud was being killed off.
When to try and rip my data down via PC web browser and looks like there is no option to do so.
Anyone else had issues with this?
So p!55ed off right now.

Already have OD and didn't want to create another. PITA.
The Sammy site says I can do a direct DL, but doesn't appear to be possible when I log in.This crap $#!7$ me so much!
Don’t need to create another OD. Just link your current one.
Meaning, dont want to to link to my existing. Created a new OD a few moments ago as i'm a big hissy with this. And it's not transferring the backup files. Only a handful of images.

There is 80gb of data in my Sammy Cloud. Sending an email off to the support team now.Should just be able to pull the data straight down to a PC. Wasn't able to DL via the phone app either. ugh!
I only use Samsung Cloud for backing up my phone data from Settings —> Cloud & Accounts —> Backup & Restore. I wonder what my options are if that stops working? (mine is a bit of an older phone (S6) so I don't have a Samsung Cloud App or any settings options to transfer to OneDrive)
The Samsung Cloud is turned off.
So best to look at getting your data out asap.It won't let me as mentioned above. I don't suppose there is an alternate way to back up my phone (Contacts, Messages, etc. etc.) ?
Same issue for you too. Damn! Waiting for a workaround or response from Samsung. This is such a 5#17 result and experiance…
Samsung cloud offers free transfer of data to OneDrive. You will get the same storage space on onedrive free for 1 year. Once it’s on onedrive, you can download it easily.
