  Any real world feedback for call voice quality/issues?

  Have Spundpeat’s truefree 2 and sound engine and I constantly get reports of muffled voice / sounds very far away irrespective of one or two ear mode.

    All earbuds mic sucks. Some try to compensate it using software / hardware filter but the It's physics is not there. If you want better mic, get a headset with boom.

      My experience too. Would be very keen to hear any real world (not amazon review) reviews of earbuds / in ear headphones with good mics.

      Dang. Was going to even slash out for AirPod pro but reviews suggest same issue, no matter how hard fanboys shill the performance.

      the only source I kind of trust is from rtings - especially from the noise handling part of the test.

      Check the 'speech + subway noise sample' - it's very brutal but if you check the best vs most earbud you will see that earbud simply doesn't work well under noisy environment.

    I have soundpeats. The mic was useless. Can't use it for calls. Listening is Ok.

    I am in exactly the same boat. Keen for any feedback in this space. Ideally, I would like to stay away from headphones as I feel it can ruin the meeting vibe (it’s not as natural as talking to someone without headphones on).
