  Can’t send any crypto without establishing an ‘account history’…even after I uploaded a photo of myself and driver’s licence.

  Seems pretty dodgy to offer free $10 if it’s stuck in the platform and unable to transfer without using their platform more.

    I had the same issue after putting more money in so I could buy enough BTC to send to someone. What is required is a selfie of your face holding your ID card with a note showing Digital Surge and the current date then wait upto five days. I have four more days to wait and I may not have done it correctly.

    My face no longer matches my Passport so this could be fun..

      Yeah the problem is I've done all that and uploaded my photo ID with the note and all that, but support sent me a message saying I need to establish an 'account history' to move to tier 2….

      I mean you've got my driver's licence and passport lol what more do ya want haha
