my coles isn’t classy …. asked about gold leaf for a masterchef dish as they sponsor and supply ingredients ….no luck on gold leaf ….
Haha those elitists not making edible gold leaf available for all is a disgrace. people from poorer neighbourhoods should be able to waste their money as much as much as the rich. Esp after they teach us how to on master chef. Let's revolt, who's with me?
Yeah my Coles is not only not classy it's one of the much smaller ones and in a traditionally working class area (West Footscray Melbourne) so I'm not holding out much hope. But after reading the comments my desire to try this is now much reduced.
I haven't tried it either. But considering the RRP is $45 per kilo i doubt that i will ever try it.
People pay that much for prawns and then they don't even eat the head 🤷🏻♂️
My mum eats the heads. She eats almost anything (prob cos she's Chinese) lol.

Tastes awful; Coles' spread is definitely better by a mile. Might be worth trying at half price though.

Drinking 2L of oak flavoured milk but the sugar contents in this even make me quiver.. Well Nutella does too but it tastes actually good.
