I've had this exact keyboard before, it was pretty solid till one day a few keys just stopped working out of the blue. But got a refund with 2 year manufac warranty. No dramas with return process.

PSA incase this happens to anyone outside of warranty - If individual switches die they can be cheaply replaced.
You just need to open up the case (most use a combination of screws and plastic clips) and desolder the faulty switches.
I doubt the majority of Ozbargain owns a soldering iron which costs more than this keyboard.
@Jostur: You don't need temperature control to change a few switches though, I used one similar to the one linked to desolder an entire board.
