    • thats just for one earphone type, not the link to the others… (ie you wouldnt click the link if u werent in the market for portable headphones - you would if you were in the market for general headphones) thats my theory anyway……..

Generally if you post the whole site, it is advertisement not bargain. If you read the previous post, it refers to various offers and nominates one (the best deal according to OP).

        eg:

COTD have a heap of headphones (Bose, Sennheiser etc) on their main page on sale today but these stood out as this is the cheapest price I have seen these headphones.

Check other posts, unless free they have a $ in the title!

  • I can't find the headphones the OPis referring too?

      neither…

    • hey your right the PX210s are no longer listed - they must of sold out or retracted the deal as it was literally $100 cheaper than anywhere else………?? hopefully they will still honor my order otherwise i will crack the sh$t!

      • I ordered the original model of these (MM400) from COTD about a year ago for that price, so I imagine it's the same deal.

Bit annoying - I wanted to pick up another pair.

        • what is your opinion of the MM400? ud obviously recommend but how is the bass, treble and frequency response using mobile devices v TV, battery performance etc? good reliable headphones or a bit patchy?
          cheers

@blanchard0b I'm very very happy with the MM400s.

The sound quality is pretty good - I'm no audiophile but can tell decent quality headphones from crappy ones. Keep in mind that these used to retail for over $400 so they're not cheap crap.

I use it mainly with my iPhone, sometimes with my iPad and rarely with my Mac. No problems switching between devices - put it into pairing mode and use the device to select them as the audio output.

I'm using them daily with my iPhone whilst at work and commuting, and get through two or three days before recharging. It starts beeping with 10 minutes of battery remaining which is helpful. Charging takes a couple of hours over USB, it's quicker plugged into a charger. They charge using standard micro-USB so easy to find a charger.

The kit includes a backup audio cable so you aren't left with dead headphones if your battery dies. I've just replaced my backup cable with a microphone/remote cable from DealExtreme so I can still have remote control on the cord.

It's surprisingly good as a phone headset as well, though this seems to work better with some people on the line than others - not sure why.

Overall, I'm very happy with it after a year of use. They're still in excellent condition considering I use them every day.

      • Also removed the PX310 which I was considering… Oh well snooze you loose ;p

  • finding it hard to press positive button since its COTD

    • Have the same problem - my mouse flickers over to red "-" when I try to move it to green "+"

  • Shame they don't have S4i up for sale. I'd but 2 of them, but S4 model is kinda pointless for people who use the phones for music and videos IMO.

  • the Bose Audio Headphones for iPhone/iPod is it the OE2i version? the picture shows the standard one OE2…?

    can anyone confirm? haha
