lol don’t think it’s that much but yeah lot of margin for the brand.

  • If AirPods Max 2 get revealed, I might be buying one.

Amazing how many years since launch and have barely dropped in price

    • Apple tax :/ picked them now for 720.

    • They're still pretty popular. If you go to an airport or university campus, you'll easily notice these are the second most popular headphones after the Sony XMs.

  • Do yourself a favour and get either Momentum 4 or Bathys

    • Or the xm6

      • Or the Bose QuietComfort Ultra

    • i had the momentum 4. the transparency mode on these is terrible. sold them and got airpods max for great transparency mode and easily switch between iphone, ipad and mac

  • I owned four pairs of these, first one bought, then three replacements under warranty over a two year period. they all died, i suspect due to the well publicised condensation issue :( otherwise they were my goated headphone, i loved them so much.

    • Yikes 4 in 2 years! I just got my first pair. So far seems like battery drains a lot.

    • exact same with me! What are you doing now in terms of headphones? Buying another or using a different ?

      • anker soundcore q20i

i've been an audiophile for ages, i have heaps of other sound equipment. reason i went for these as daily driver was i just wanted a way way cheaper set, seeing as my "GOAT" headphones I loved so much just failed so many times with such a critical design flaw, I figure I'll be much happier with cheaper outlay. so far, they've been bloody amazing for the price, couldn't be happier.

        • Yeah they have been amazing. I've had mine for ages too and only recently have used APP2 since these stopped working and waiting on Apple in repairs (to and fro). Thanks I realised they will be worth the wait and at worst worth purchasing again instead of settling on something cheaper.
