Kogan has very bad aftershaves service. Never do business with then. Dishonest too.
I've been surprised by how good its been. One item I never ordered never showed up - they sent a replacement without any issues. (it was a courier issue, the tracking showed they had received it and then it got lost). I then had two items show up with some minor issues and they offered my a replacement or refund. Asked for a refund and got it straight away. Didn't need to send the faulties back
Disagree - I find it best of the best. Every time I have shaved and applied some Kogan after, my skin has been smooth, I've had no razor burn and the scent is just divine. Each to their own I suppose!
Agree, I get my aftershave from Chemist Warehouse and it's a lot quicker.

I buy occasionally and I get zero. You're doing it wrong.
They seem to automatically resubscribe you to their emails every time you make a purchase. I'm sure there's a tickbox somewhere that i'm missing.
