  • I can't see the Galaxy Buds Pro being available for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G, only the Galaxy Buds Live. Is this an error in the title or just inconsistencies in the Student EPP?

  • the $100 bonus for trade-in is still not working for Z Flip 3. samsung support is useless just saying try again later. arrrgghh! it's only working for Z Fold 3.
    tempted to place an order now but the ozbargainer in me says no until I can get that bonus $100. 😂

  • If anyone has issues with trade up code not being accepted. I had issues last few days. 2 things to fix it
    1) you need to add a credit card to your trade up app. I had an issue where it wouldn't accept my card
    2) delete the cached and data in the trade up app, run through the test again, and this time it accepted the card

    • Trade up app works fine for me. Just that the checkout on the store doesn't deduct the trade in price or the bonus. Itemises it but without any dollar amount showing

      • I have the exact same issue. I have reached out to customer support also, but no help. Did you find a solution?

        • Spoke to samsung support. They said this is a know issue with their portal and they are working on fixing the same. They asked me to retry after 24 hours.

          • @Rllrbll: My fix was what I said. You need to put the card details in the app. Once that's done, the code will work. The app didn't take the card so I reset the data/cache on the app and it worked after that.

            • @EnergicAU: Different issue. We get the trade in code and add it in checkout but it doesn't deduct any discount or trade in credit upon checkout.

                • @EnergicAU: I'll try but I think the cart is buggy as it recognises my code fine and even mentions that my $200 bonus has been applied but it doesnt actually apply any trade in credit

                  • @10101010101: @jasontworld @julz is right. If I remove my 35% discount code (telstra), it reduces my trade in amount from the total. When I put the code it doesn't. Either considers code or the trade in, not both together. Like I said, known issue for Samsung EPP. They are trying to fix it.

                      With EPP: $2119.20
                      With EPP and free Samsung care (BONUSCARE): $2119.20
                      With EPP and free Samsung Care and Trade in ($100 bonus + $75 handset): $1944.20

                      Does that look right? Guess Telstra 35% would look a lot better

                    @10101010101: The issue is fixed now. I preorder yesterday night. The cart is being updated to consider both, coupon and the trade in.

  • Seems you can access these prices if you are a Westpac customer as well. Not sure if this is known or not.

    Go to your Rewards section and look for 15% off Samsung. Follow the link. Got a Flip 3 in my cart for the same prices as this post. Neat!

          yeah, even though Westpac portal says 15% discount, you can really get the same as EPP price. You saved me a ton mate, been looking for a way to access the EPP since this morning!

  • I got an email saying it is dispatched at 1 am this morning. 512G Z Fold 3. I did not order through EPP though, paid full price but will claim via 28 degrees later.

    I am yet to receive the SMS and tracking info. Did anyone get the text?
