    You can either order knobs with engraved patterns or not. I like them simple without any engravings but keep a shift pattern sticker applied elsewhere in the car.

        That's my understanding too, as I have read defect stories online regarding patternless shift knobs. This is where having a pattern sticker somewhere in the car can be handy.

      I recently purchased a Japanese import and it went through compliance and registration without a pattern on the knob. Just the sticker showing the pattern near the shifter. You'll see a lot of companies (Ralliart for example) supply stickers with their knobs for this reason.

  I didn't neg,but I personally find it stupid to pay $200 for a no brand like this when I can get a similar one from AliExpress for 1/10 the cost. And if I want a branded one, I can get a Momo or HKS etc, rather than this inflated generic.

    Raceseng is fairly well known to car enthusiasts with an interest in weighted shift knobs.

    I personally own both expensive knobs and cheaper AliExpress/eBay alternates which, do cost literally 1/10 the price (and plastic instead of stainless steel). The fit and finish of these true generics are no where near what you get with the costlier options.

    Same could be said about designer vs kmart handbags from both perspectives. Different people just value different things.
