Knowing Sony I wouldn't be holding my breath. They took three years longer than everyone wanted for the A7siii, but that was definitely worth the wait considering how good it is.

hmm idk, if someone can comfortably afford this camera or requires it for business/professional use. I highly doubt they'd be waiting for a deal to pop up on ozbargain. same goes with those ~$5000 and above OLED TVs.
Ehhh you'd be surprised. There's quite a few oz bargainers who own multiple homes and/or have a very comfortable salary. A bargain is a bargain no matter your income

There were quite a few people who purchased the deskys and aerons during the EOFY sale. Reason being, the $200 dollar discount was just enough to get them to spend.
I was one of the ones looking for a good price on the OLEDS and comfortably dropped 5k on one because of OzBargain.
Rich people/professionals will buy FX3 (more professional look but same specs) instead of this one….

Not everyone who buys these cameras are large corporations who don't need to save money. There are lots of people who run their own small video production company for weddings or corporate events who would benefit from a camera like this, who don't have large budgets to throw around.
