Looks like a reasonable for a today's standard "budget" full build for a 3080.
Might be worth reaching out to upgrade the motherboard and to a 240 AIO.

  One thing for certain, those graphic card designer and manufacturers depend on all cyber coin diggers to keeping up their businesses. Forget about the arguments on environmental submission and power production, this trade has no any technical point for people got in, entry level is non zero and just need money to buy your mining machine with as many as graphic cards you could afford, game on and stay home for your home made atm machine.
  Is this what everyone wants to be in the future? Money driven and nothing else?!
