I'd buy the Used - Like New for $170.05 or Used - Very Good for $164.68.
They are all brand new in box and sealed.

Kmart sell some anko ones, mostly sold as minifig displays, but some of them are quite large.

I wonder if sales of this and the Ferrari are lower than LEGO expected. Both sets are regularly heavily discounted which tells me the market may be pushing back on the MSRP here.
They should have put some exclusive minifig in it .
Wouldn't surprise me this get to 60% off $112.
Bought this and built it with the missus, even between us it still took around 3 hours so definitely one of the more time consuming sets.
Totally worth it in the end, looks gorgeous!
