Might help if you say where the coffee originates

    • Was going to ask the same thing. What is the origin of the single origin coffee?

    • They haven't said yet.

  • What’s the roasting date? How long does it take to deliver, also might like to include free shipping in title, saves ppl asking / looking like I had to.
    Will buy.

    • We'll all know more tomorrow :)

I've ordered twice from this place and both times they've got the order wrong. Like GB said so eloquently "fool me once, shame on… shame on you. Fool me - you can't get fooled again". God bless America. World Peace… Police

I had my first order delivered with a split bag, however the customer service after was fantastic

      • Hi Raynes, really appreciate your comment on our service.

We always do our best to resolve any issue.

Hope to see you give this single origin a go :)

    • I think I’ve ordered twice but at least once and didn’t have any issues. Thought the code was very nice too.

      • Thank you for your support GeneralSkunk.

The team and I really appreciate it :)

        • My (drinking) pleasure. The coffee was nice, not the code 🤦‍♂️

    • Hi Foodstamps,

Sorry to hear of your experience with us to date.

We've worked hard on improving our systems and processes to eliminate errors across the board.

Hoping you give us another crack on this one.

      Thanks for the comment :)

    • Will this be good for milk-based coffees or only as black?

      • Hi AliKay,

        Thanks for your question :)

We carried out a bunch of tastings of this coffee both black and white and it certainly can be enjoyed both with or without milk.

It's one of the key reasons we selected it for our special.

Hope to see you give it a try :)

        • Thanks. Just ordered a pack.

          • @AliKay: Thanks so much AliKay - we hope you absolutely love it :)

  • caramel, milk chocolate and black tea

I'm a little dubious about the RRP … but either way in the end it's in the price range where I'll give stuff a go if it sounds nice (anything nutty or chocolate lol)

    • Thanks for your support dufflover - it's really appreciated :)

  • @julianm - What’s the roast level on this?

Is it also good for v60 and espresso?

    • Hi Advantan,

      Thanks for your question.

The roast is light-medium and suits both espresso and pourover brewing methods.

Any other questions shoot them over.

Hope to see you give our Brazil SO a try :)

  • Looks like the sale has been extended until at least 1pm so not expired yet!

  • Delivery to regional Victoria was super quick this time!

  • This is joke when freshness counts. Otherwise ALDI

    • Delivery still stuck at Yarraville VIC.

      • Me too, it says recorded by Aus Post but hasn't gone anywhere. Seems like Aus Post (non express) is rubbish at the moment. This was shipped same day as another coffee order from another Yarraville coffee company who used Couriers Please and that one arrived last Wednesday (2 days after shipping). This one is 11 days and counting… AND I'm only 25km away!

        • Finally got a new post update. It's been processed at Sunshine West VIC.
          Absolute joke.

        • Still no delivered.

          • @corksta: I'm still waiting too. Status now says

Okay, this delivery is taking much longer than we expected. Let's investigate.

I lodged an enquiry yesterday and they say they won't action it until the 15th (another week away). What a joke.

Meanwhile my orders via Couriers Please come within 24-48 hours of shipping. And I ordered something from NSW via Amazon and that came within 48 hours (to VIC). Incredible!
