Thanks OP. I also got the targeted offer but checked with Coles customer service and was told that they don't stack and only one offer would apply. I've never tried it though so who knows..just passing on the info I received.
I got a specific email mentioning 5000 points.. here is the screenshot. You can see the second offer starts with "Plus".

You get 2000pt for $50 of any booze, it's 3000pt for selected. It's an additional offer,.not a mathematical addition.

Hits is right. It’s 2000 on activated. It’s a separate offer for 3000 that doesn’t need activating.

I combined the 3000 points from this offer with the 2000 point offer in my flybuys app, plus $10 off $100 code from Shopback, and $1 cashback. Now I've got another offer for 7200 points if I spend $180 from tomorrow. I could cancel my order and place it again, but I'm not sure I can find another $80 worth of stuff, even if I end up getting $36 back.
Edit: Actually, I think it's too late to cancel. That makes for an easy decision.
