Yes but how would officer know which model can max at what? Saw plenty of e scooters in cbd and ptv, pretty sure it's fine unless officer is having a bad day.

It is 10km/hr maximum and/or 200w maximum power. Pretty sure brand name scooters have labels and even if not, a quick search would match up model to power output/claimed top speed.

Even if your scooter is legal, you MUST wear an approved bicycle helmet (fines for that too).
In other countries they have started enforcement due to the increase in scooter numbers and the risk they pose to pedestrians. Currently very limited enforcement in Victoria so you may be lucky.

No, neuron appear to use a heavily modified xiaomi scooter.
