Tramontina jumbo steak knives look good for $6
This non-serrated type of Victorinox knife isn’t very good, thin steel and goes blunt too fast.
I have the steak knife version of these. Ie non serrated and with wooden handles. Love them. Easy to sharpen although as you are probably aware the steel is very soft so they do need sharpening often. Much better to use for steak than serrated knives IMO
