$10 off for first time users I’m assuming ?

    • Yes, just an inducement to use the mobile app and get you spending more frequently!

      • +7

I'm so sick of bargains for first time users and not repeat customers. I buy something on Amazon probably every week and get shafted with this.

        • Not really sure you're shafted, Amazon continue to provide almost daily bargains and even without the $10 its cheap?

        • +1

Incentive to sign up again and again with different accounts / prime trials! <email>+<random text> at gmail dot com works a treat for keeping them all using the same email address!

        • +1

Is this not what prime day is for, rewarding the repeat and paying customers?

          • +4

@dbmitch: Prime day was a bit of a joke this year.

            • +1

@Presence: For mass bargains, picking were indeed slim this year, but I got a cheap whole ass lawn mower out of it.

        • They have no incentive to give a long-time users bargains, since you are already spending money,

$55 for the 15 year dimple whiskey unless you’re mixing this with coke or Pepsi. 😅

    • +3

$55 for 15 yo Dimple is standard price. It is also $55 at Liquorland, First Choice and BWS.

      • Most of Amazon's liquor prices are just price matching whoever has a deal on stuff

    • How is the age of a blend determined? Is it the youngest whisky in the blend or the oldest or is based on highest % present in the blend or something else…

      • -1

I think as long as it has a 15yr old blend in it

      • +2

All the whisky in the bottle will be a minimum of 15 years old, some may even be older to achieve the correct taste of the blend. Even though it’s a 15 year old blend I believe Dimple will have grain whisky blended with the malt whisky. I prefer an all blended malt whisky like Copper dog or Monkey shoulder even though they are NAS (no age statement) and are also around $55. Jonnie walker green is blended malt of minimum 15 years and great bang for buck when on sale.

        • Johnny green is fantastic value. I second that. One of the few good Johnny products but an amazing drop

      • Youngest

Can you please add the volume of the bottle (700ml) to the title?

  • Temporarily OOS but still letting you place orders.

45.9x at dan so just a little saving

  • Simple dimple..

  • Is the discount still working?

  • Having to pay for delivery makes this not such a great deal

    • +1

Prime is such a valid add to an OzB users life. From the 'free' delivery to access to Prime Vide and Music, a lot more bang for buck than eBay Plus.

    • Thought all ozbargainers had prime, even more so with that Optus deal posted a few days ago….

  • Thanks Op! I needed to organise a Father's Day present to go to the country now I can’t visit with lockdowns. Free delivery made this perfect.

  • Doesn't work for me expired?

  • Trust me on this - Dimple 15YO is a superb drop and only $55 this week at BWS - trust me and get the 15 yo - its wayyy better

    • +1

      Amazon has matched BWS

    • +4

I always trust ppl who say ‘trust me’.

The more they say it the more I trust them.

  • Voucher code not working for me.

  • 45.95 now

  • +1

Can i just delete and reinstall the app on my phone to get the discount? sorry if this is a dumb question.

    • +1

No. It's based off the account you're using in the app, not the actual app itself.

      • so will making a new acc with the same cc work then?

        • +1

Yes, until Amazon tells you off for making multiple accounts with the same cc. I'm not sure what the limit is but one more acc should be fine (I did it recently)
