Looks like this is Amazon's response to Google's doorbell (+Nest Hub) promotion

Purchase the Amazon Echo Show 8 with Alexa (2nd Gen) and a Ring Video Doorbell Wired in the same transaction for $249
Both items must be purchased in the same cart transaction to receive bundle offer.

Amazon has the same offer available as well with similar T&C's
