Im going to seek a Broker, but is there any good home loans on offer I should look into?
I have to ask my friends for any Broker recommendations on Facebook, I actually only know a few. One works for my bank, and one is from Sydney. I'm from SA, so all the paperwork may get tricky through printing/scanning.
I need a construction loan, buying land and building.
I can easily put down over 20% of the loan I require.

I dont think there are alot of banks that do construction loan. Big4s and St geroge?
We went with ANZ at the time as their rates were better. if you are a CA/CPA, only need 10% deposit
Hi Adelv, I run a mortgage broking company in North Adelaide, South Australia.
In my opinion Westpac are the go here, they have a policy on construction which pretty much makes them untouchable.

I know Adelv, there are lots thats for sure. Be careful because people recommend based on ' they are a good bloke' as opposed to 'they are the best or the cheapest'
