The white Arctic fans rarely go on sale and this price is cheaper than it's previously been on OzBargain. If you're like me and want white fans then this is a good deal.

Otherwise you can grab the Black PWM PST for $9.27, Black PWM for $7.09 (backorder) or the Black Silent for $7.07 .

If you have Prime and want to reach the $49 to get the free shipping. Simply add items to your cart to reach the $49 threshhold and cancel the extra items after payment.

  • OPTIMISED FOR STATIC PRESSURE: During the development of the new P12 PWM, special emphasis was placed on a focused airstream and thus a high static pressure
  • 200 TO 1800 RPM REGULATED VIA PWM: Thanks to 4-pin connector, the RPM can be regulated in a broad spectrum via PWM, noise is kept at a minimum while maximum cooling performance is given when needed
  • MORE EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY: The motor is powered by a Neodym-Iron-Boron-Magnet ring of the newest generation, which allows the new P12 PWM to run much more efficiently than its predecessors
  • EXTENDED LIFE SPAN: A 10 °C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the life span of a fan, the new ARCTIC motor has a four times longer service life through its low coil temperature
  • TECHNICAL DATA: Fan speed: 200–1800 RPM, Airflow: 56.3 CFM/95.65 m³/h (@ 1800 RPM), Noise Level: 0.3 Sone (@ 1800 RPM), Pin: 4-pin

22/8-28/8 is Arctic Week starting 2021!!!

I hope they put the rest of their lineup on sale. The AIO coolers are excellent and I'm sure this desk fan is too.

        Lmao $21.49 for that… thing.

        • These ones for $19 at PCCG are better value.

          • @Clear: Unfortunately, not with the $15 shipping..

            • @nollsies: Classic PCCG. I'd buy it if it was on Amazon cheap.

They only asked if they can, not if they should…

    • Literally not even a week after I bought two…

  • Is there easy way to power these without connecting them to a computer? Some pretty good deals for decent quality fans come up on ozbargain but I would want to use them to cool an aquarium so would need to be able to plug them into a standard socket or USB.

Yep cables like these will convert the 3 pin/4 pin connectors to USB. You can get cables that'll run multiple fans or have on/off switches.

      Plenty around eBay, AliExpress etc.

      • Amazing, that's super helpful, thanks.

Just be aware not all 12v fans will spin up at 5v, and a lot will be REALLY slow at those voltages. You’d be better to do the wiring yourself and solder them up to any old 12v power supply you have laying about. Could crimp them too if you don’t like soldering.

Anyways, just be aware, running these fans at 5v is not a great idea tbh.

          • @Yekul: Depends on the fan. I have a Foxconn ripped out of a HP desktop and that'll do the full 3500rpm while another AliExpress generic fan is on the much slower end. Either way it's an out of the box solution not requiring soldering.

          • @Yekul: Its also worth noting that this method will mean the fans will be spinning at full speed ~ 1800 RPM when supplied 12v

            • @StarForge: PWM, so speed is adjustable, although with just a 12V source all you could do is ground the PWM so it doesn't spin at all.

Use a buck converter and an Arduino though and you can output a compatible PWM signal to adjust the speed. Generic Nano's are pretty cheap. Could also go the other way and use USB with a boost converter to up the 5V to 12V. Grab a cheap temp sensor and you can have the fan speed vary based on temperature. Cheap OLED and you can display stats.Plenty of IO on a Nano for all that. Of course I'm sure there are also fan speed controllers that would do the same job or there are temperature controlled fans that have their own sensor. Arduino you can set the PWM duty to whatever you want though, min, max, speed at any given temperature. Also if you go with the display, can use an interrupt so you can measure the RPM. All pretty basic copy and paste code from examples. Could also use a potentiometer or rotary encoder to adjust the speed. Up/down buttons. Lots of options.

  • How much are the PST ones?

  • I am fan of those.

  • fk, i already ordered the black one and can't cancel anymore

    • Same I've ordered these as well. Just sell the blacks for $10 a piece 😉

  • Shame they never have a deal on 140mm fans, I'm pretty tempted with these regardless but I've been brainwashed by the silent PC crowd.

  • Thanks! Getting 2 of the PST for spares.

silent liquid cooling is the way to go, so you can hear 60 mech lubed keyboard.

  • Anyone know if these are good if I want to make a DIY fan for soldering electronics?

  • I don't have a case/parts to match with these but I'm probably going to get them anyway

  • Here to make the "but no LED's" comment.

    • Here to respond with "good".

Mind you I bought the P12 RGB 3 pack for my build haha

  • i am wondering most people use these fans to …….. replace the original fans on their radiators?

    • Yes that or as intake fans typically. You get Noctua-like cooling without breaking the bank.

    • Replacing the rad fans of my AIO as they are quite noisy (previously I used Noctua, so standard are high). At this price they are a steal.

    • Yea I use mine on a rad push/pull. Also good as cheap case/air cooler fan replacements if they are loud or have obnoxious christmas leds.
