Thank you. This was posted on here 1-2 weeks ago for ~$3 each @ Amazon.

    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0772VVNS6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt…

Now says $5.45, still cheaper than Aldi but it says 2-4 week delivery.

      • Oh shit it is too, my bad!

Battling with mild to moderate psoriasis over the past 5 years. This and selsun gold have maintained this condition and kept me sane. Will be stocking up thanks OP!

    • Same, this stuff is great

    • how does it rate vs Head and Shoulders?

      • +1

different ingredients, they solve different issues

if your dandruff is caused by psoriasis, this is the shampoo for you (not supposed to use it every day though).

if it's caused by too much oil on the skin, use head and shoulders regularly.

this was informative for me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIe2oerd25c

        • Thanks, very helpful!

          • @Oz-Griff: I had to experiment a lot before finding a way to manage mine.
            Best of luck

    • Didn't know there was a selsun gold. Is it a stronger version of the blue?

      • Yep it's stronger. I've tried both, blue didn't do much for me whereas the gold did the trick.

I normally wait for 50% off hair at priceline pharmacy. It comes in cheaper

The skin is the largest organ and absorbs everything.
I suggest moving to an organic solution.
    And way cheaper.

  • Any recommended conditioner to go along with this?

  • What's so good about this one? Compared to the regular pantene from Coles?

    • Isn't what causes dandruff and scalp problems the main ingredient in most shampoos? Sodium laureth sulfate?

  • +1

    the active ingredients!
great if you have a flaky scalp and/or issues with dandruff, this shit works

  • Also available here for a similar price if you have a store nearby: https://www.discountdrugstores.com.au/neutrogena-t-gel-shamp…

  • is this better than the $3 coal tar shampoo sold at every supermarket?

    • +5

The $3 ones are "Coal Tar fragrance shampoo". It's very misleading as often they have the word fragrance in tiny tiny font.

      • ahhhh ty! Will make sure to get real coal tar !

  • As an alternative with a pleasant fragrance that really works for dandruff may I suggest Redwin Tea Tree Shampoo. For around $3 it’s a bargain too.

I used to use this stuff, and then H +S.. then read an article about it shampoostripping the oil from your hair, so decided to not use shampoo and see what happened.
Low and behold, 6 weeks later all my scalp and hair issues disappeared.
7 years later, I still don’t use shampoo, and my hair is super clean and light.

      What does the barber say?

    • Well done, my wife didn't let me last more than a week or two 🤢…I might try again during lockdown.
