Ok, so these looks like lungs but hopefully will help provide decent lumbar support for those who don't have great office chairs.
Not as cheap as other foam type back support but the design of these ones are quite different.
Had been keeping an eye out for these to go on special and now it has.

  these are terrible, returned one before. the screws that secure the height adjustments slip after a few days no matter how tight it is initially. Only get this if you are using this on its default setting (lowest height)

  Backfriend is a well regarded option.

  It is solid fibreglass with a shaped back that certainly helps me. You can get it with a seat, so you turn any chair (including cars) into a well shaped, back supporting seat. Not soft mind you.

  Not associated, but have one use it frequently. If looked after, it lasts for ages.

  I tried lots of the cheap foam types. Even those that were ok for shape soon lost it.
