The $5 deal is back, per previous posts. Again, not on the FCL website but plenty of stock seen here at Toowong, QLD store.

The wine has a 3.5 rating on Vivino, but YMMV. If not as a quaffer, it'll be a nice addition to that next batch of bolognaise or ragu.

Bit weak to use in cooking - you'll be adding the alcohol without the flavour. Recommend a cheap Cab Sauv if you need a red, cooking will smooth the flavour but will keep the wine-y taste

I actually didn’t mind it. Coincidentally opened one tonight. 3.5 is fair. I’ll get more.
