Not sure if this is the lowest price ever on this model but it's below what most places (including AO) are selling the Q80 for.

I just price matched at JB including delivery (currently $2595 +$59 delivery on sale there) without any issue and grabbed the A550 soundbar for $399…Ends up being $99 after $300 cash back on the bundle so was too cheap to pass up for better than TV output sound.
The Q600 and A650 soundbars are also discounted a bit at JB if you want to spend more on a better quality soundbar.

    Yeah, I had $1000 worth of digital GC's (about 6 all up so there's no limit anymore) that I put towards it, $500 of Visa cards and the rest debit card. No issues at all paying in store but don't think you can split it that much online. JB GC's will just come off the total and you'll have to pay the remaining with one method I think… assuming you don't have enough to cover the full price.

    I believe if they price match online, they send you a code or something. Put that in to change your order total (works like a discount code) and then use the GC's to pay. Just call them up and ask, they can definitely price match online though.

        I wouldn't think so. It will probably register as using a discount code that isn't on the Cashrewards/Shopback/Whatever register and void the cashback.

    Like all technology, I'm sure it will get cheaper….I mean I paid over $3k for my Q70 when they first came out, now that's OLED prices. But for a touch over $2k, I'm happy with the price vs quality. Contemplated waiting for a C1 to get under 3k again but don't think it will be bright enough where this is going.

  If you have a Commonwealth Bank Credit Card, you might have a $30 off $300 from Appliances Online. It is usually targeted so not everyone.

    That's a good deal! End up with $150 cash back purchasing them separately. $499 at JB and $300 cashback in the same transaction so slightly better getting them together.

    Could be worth getting JB to price match though!

  This or Sony X9500H for Xbox and some Netflix? I've had the same Sony TV for 10 years and hope the Samsung matches the quality.

    I've got a Sony TV that I used for 15 yrs no problems lol.
    I bought a Sammy last year, its recently crap itself.
    same with my hisense, heaps of random problems.

    Samsungs don't do Dolby Vision, which is one reason I went with a Sony X90J recently (price matched Costco on the Sony online store for $1998 and then got an additional 8% cashback. Great TV. I'm also replacing an old Sony, very happy with it so far.
