  • Price in title please.

  • Is the current sensing model Aussie approved yet?

    • No, the 3em is not approved yet. The Shelly i3 is next.

      • Bum! Any ideas why it's good enough for Europe but not good enough for here?

        • We have our own electrical regulations in Australia. It's annoying but a necessary process.

  • Good deal, thanks OP.

    • Thanks!

  • Any deal on SWITCHBOT?
    Thanks

    • What are you looking for? We have package deals already

      • The SWITCHBOT KIT is sold out, and also the shipping cost made me cry

        • Haha, we need to pay for shipping just like you. Order more and the shipping is free ;) Yes, the hubs are out of stock, more arriving in a couple of weeks.

  • so I take that if you have dimmable LEDs there is nothing else you need? do these devices get hot, still concerned to put them in the drywall?

    • They are approved to Australian standards. Make sure they are installed by a licensed electrician and he looks at the specifications then you are covered by our strict electrical standards.

  • I was about to order some shellys actually but am having trouble navigating between their various options. Is the 2.5 unable to do dimming? Can any of them dim manually using a conventional wall knob (presumably a potentiometer)?

    • No only the dimmer is able to dim, the double is a dual on/off relay unit. To dim at the switch you can use a momentary switch mechanism which allows local dimming by pressing once for on/off, press and hold to dim. The standard toggle switch will only allow on/off and the dimming would need to be done by the app or voice control.

      • That seems like an obvious omission to not work with rotary dials that are so common. Part of the attraction of the Shelly line is not having to replace the faceplates and switches too…

  • Hey rep, any deals for the Shelly 2.5 by any chance?

    • We will be running these 10 packs across the range. I will let you know when its up.

    • Bummer, I just missed out on this deal, I ordered 5 of the 2.5 and 5 of the 1pm but have since decided to do the entire house which means ordering another 5 of each… Lucky I still still free shipping

  • Hi, does this stop LED flickering caused by a signal from electric provider?

  • Do these require neutral to be run to the switch and do they have an input that can be recognised by the likes of a Tasmota reflash?
