    Order still hasn't left the warehouse, it's been 13 days.

    • sorry about that, we've gotten slammed … apologise, lockdown is making things super hard, couriers are getting slammed, we're a small local micro-roastery, all orders started leaving early last week and we've been picking and packing 24/7 from our Sydney HQ. Again, sorry for the delay & thanks for your support and patience ✌️

    20 days and still nothing. Got an email said there is a problem with my address. It's not. I checked again and it is correct. I wonder if that was an attempt to delay delivery even longer?

      Got the same email. Nothing wrong with my address either. Mine was due to be picked up by sendle on friday.

    Same email here. The address is fine on the sendle tracking so I'm not going to do anything. I'm guessing it's a system issue.

    Do we have any new info on when the parcel will be shipped. Mine says it's been waiting for a sendle pickup since the 16th…

    Yeah im out.. Im going on 2 weeks and no ship yet for this one. Ive had 2 other small coffee shops in Sydney less than 10kms (same as Barty) ship to me via sendle and received within 2 days. Stop taking on so many orders Barty - especially marketing on Ozbargain.

  • Order placed on September 14th and Sendle last update was Pickup Scheduled - Parcel has been scheduled for pickup on September 16th.

    No update since and I used the Barty's live chat with Erin who has confirmed order has not yet been picked up, as Sendle is having massive backlog caused by COVID and use the line "we're a small company" bla bla…

    I got curious and reached out to Sendle via their chat earlier and their response on screenshot below….

    "Upon checking on the details, I can see that drivers attempted collection of your parcel to Barty Single Origin (sender) address and has advised us that parcel was not ready upon collection.

    To help, It would be best to reach out to Barty Single Origin (sender) to reschedule the parcel for us to attempt collection again.

    As they need to reschedule this on their dashboard for us to attempt collection and we also want the parcel to be delivered to you soon."

    • reps gone MIA on the 17/09.
      Plenty of people haven't received their order 3 weeks and greater.

      • This is true, I don't know any courier company that can pick up 3000 packs at once. Like come-on, we're picking and packing around 200 orders per day and that's sustainable for us. What I will say is… all coffee is roasted to order and this takes time to craft. Thanks again for your support. Happy to give you a full refund today.

  • Ok guys, am going to start refunding people who continue to slag off our crew, and do not understand the gravity of the size of our operation, we're not an Amazon, please don't expect next day delivery, the world on our side or many eComm businesses just do not work in this fashion, when you press buy, your order does not magically just arrive at your door because 10 crew have made sure its fulfilled correctly. We're a made to order coffee company and we have to roast 3000 orders all at once. We're doing everything in our power to have you sorted. I'd be more then happy to refund you so that you can go and grab the same thing somewhere else at full price. Also, the tuuud from the hard noses is just not cool. Please and thank you.       People should be respectful at all times but I don't think they need to understand the size of your operation when you're here pushing for orders. People do have expectations and they do understand COVID conditions, I think you just bit off a bit more than you could chew. Maybe less orders that you could fulfil and get good feedback rather than lots of orders you can't and with negative sentiment would have been a better play. I'm sure you'll learn from this.

  • I've just gone to order this kit.

    What's the "priority pick and pack" at $9.95. There's no option that I can see to de-select it.

    $45 turns into $69.46

    I've deliberately given my home address, even though I'm up in QLD for at least another 2 weeks, because I don't want it arriving after I've left. So I sure don't need to be paying for priority.

    However, tried again in chrome and it's available.

    I use Opera on android and it does have the occasional glitch. But it's the only browser I've found with flawless reflow.
