Had a similar issue with a 30000mAh Baseus power bank, 65W USB-C version. It just shat itself after 6-7 months, went to 0% and refused to charge, and had a similar lack of interest from the (Aliexpress official Baseus) seller in trying to make good. So no more Baseus power banks for me, a shame as some of their other stuff is decent. It left a very sour taste in my mouth about the brand, especially since I bought direct from their actual brand store.
I know the sample size of one is useless to make conclusions, but I like the Romoss power banks - have a couple and they seem good.
That sucks. AliExpress is hit and miss for me. I take the risk because of the cheap prices in the knowledge that every now and again I do my dough. Thankfully it's only been sub $15 items. If it's any consolation, I've had nothing but good experiences with the local reps. I got a dud light off them earlier in the year and they replaced it no hesitation.

I didn't get it the first time, but I got it now.
AliExpress has my very last order in-process as we speak. Tracking never works and if they say "45-90 years" shipping time, it'll be the latter. I thought I was unlucky the first two times (benefit of the doubt second time), but no— they're just a shthole of BS promises and shthole sellers. I only ordered this 3rd time for a specific part which I have an idea I'll never see and will have to fight forever to retrieve a few dollars (on principle).
I will NEVER order from them again. F-that, better odds getting the top prize at Timezone.

what is the warranty on these please?
The powerbank I bought in July last year is broken, no water damage or other damage.
I contacted the seller but she says it's not our problem since it's been over 1 year.
Charging cables are not bad but powerbank quality is very bad.
