70x Telfast Generic, 70x Zyrtec Generic, 50x Claratyne Generic, 48x Codral Generic & More $49.99 Delivered @ PharmacySavings

Hi Ozbargainers,

What a week! I've either spent my spare time frantically packing items or answering emails about slow delivery. With spring weather coming into play and many people still stuck at home antihistamine sales are off the charts. With higher sales volumes, comes better pricing - as is my norm I pass all savings along the line to Ozbargainer, so the next few deals will be literally ON FIRE !!

All orders outstanding from previous deals have posted and everyone who has purchased from previous posts and have had their item posted have received a dispatch confirmation email. If you haven't please PM me via Ozbargain (there may be an issue with your address, or you may have omitted to provide an email address for me to contact you).

With standard delivery now on or around 10 working days, I am literally being overwhelmed with "where's my item" type emails - please understand that once your item dispatches, we're both in the hands of Aussie Post - I really appreciate Ozbargainers hanging in there waiting for delayed deliveries and not immediately opening chargebacks / payment disputes. With the postal system literally breaking under the volume of items in the system at the moment, my next few headliner Ozbargain deals will be limited to deals inclusive of express post shipping.

Anyway - today I have assembled what I think is an absolute cracker of a deal.

For those who nose a bargain when they smell it

  • +9

Thanks OP. You're as close to a dealer as I'll ever have.

    • I watched Shiny Flakes on Netflix last night….. way too many similarities.

  • Thumbs up @OP

  • Which works best?

  • Do people mix and match across brands, or stick to the same one?

    • Are you meaning mix and match between brands as in Telfast, Fexo, Trust (fexofenadine hydrochloride) or mix and match between brands such as Claratyne, Zyrtec, Telfast (all different active ingredients).

I do second one quite often because I feel I can build up tolerance to one if I take too long and first one if OP has better pricing.

FYI, tracking number of "This_item_has_dispatched_please_allow_around_10_working_days_delivery" is fairly useless. That's probably why people are contacting you.

    • +1

Sorry its a deficiency in our web platform - shopify requires we make an entry when selecting australia post as the shipping method - if we dont have one, random messages get inserted - 100% of people contact me before the 10 working days with the "where's my item comment". I really dont mind, but when these messages take hours each day to get through, there is just less time for packing and posting (ie less deals can be posted).

      • +5

Tough crowd, you negged me for not providing a tracking number when you select a shipping method with no tracking….ouch.

        • +1

legitimate question, is there a reason it doesnt have tracking though? cost cutting? it just confusing to see that error message as typically these type of purchases online always have auspost shipping from every other store ive purchased for online.

          • +2

@kalithreaver: The reason is, because if the parcel is less than 500g, can fit in an envelope, and it is less than 2cm, it is sent as a letter for around $2. This is a way OP can send you the item for cheaper because he isn't paying the $8+ for a standard trackable package.

It's the same on eBay with any smaller item.

            • @appxl: thanks, that make sense. it would be a waste of money to use the larger packaging. It might just need a note on their site or in the order email saying that since its a smaller order that it wont have tracking.

  • +5

Bought this from the first part and haven't received until today. I know op has mentioned it, but if anyone buying for current illness probably you won't get it until you already recovered. Just FYI.

    • -1

Good to know. I rather buy it from on online-pharmacy direct anyway. It’s cheaper and more reliable.

  • Honest question - why are drugs like this such a different price in Aus vs the US. I'm still working through a bottle of 500 x Ibuprofen that i got from CVS Pharmacy for about AUD$20

    • Economies of scale

    • +2

It's not significantly more expensive here. 96 ibuprofen tablets can be had for $5.99 at Chemist Warehouse: https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/110140/wagner-health…

480 tablets would be 5 packs so $29.95. Around $3 of that is GST so that gives you $27 comparable cost. When you compare that our minimum wage is around double that in America, I think that's a reasonable premium.

  • Great deals mate, spring has hit and I'm glad I picked up a box last time. Chompin through them just to be able to see

  • I vouch for this store. I messaged the rep as my Feb bulk order was used by my husband, and he pointed me to an older expired deal that came back in stock (code still worked), order despatched the next day.

  • +1

Hello, any chance of a combo of just analgesics? I still have a heap of antihistamine! Can always do with ibuprofen and paracetamol and even some Cold and Flu (not sure if you are allowed to sell the better stuff online with the pseudo!?)

    Thanks :)

  • Hey mate, I've just ordered this deal but my details were not correctly added on the shipping side of the form(The billing side is correct) How can I contact you to correct this (Order #13696 ) Thanks.

P.S Stupid Paypal autofill and stupid me :(

    • +1

Its ok as a local Adelaidian I fixed your suburb HH right?

      • Correct and my name isn't 'Sync user' ….just to let u know :P

        • +2

No worries you’d be surprised how many ozbargainers refuse to provide their real name, I had an argument with one guy the other day that wouldn’t even provide an address. - yes really.

Buyers beware I know too people who have nasal spray off this company recently. Both people have said that the nasal spray was not sealed and opened which is unacceptable especially with the covid all around us.They are quick to take your money off and not reply to your email.

    • +3

Errr, all nasal sprays are sent in satchels ie. boxes are not opened, plus seals would be intact. Tell your friends, all “too” of them to contact me directly if they have an issue.

My troll detector is buzzing off the scale here….

  • +1

    Is there a generic Flixonase?

  • -1

    Any Ivermectin?

  • +1

I would use extreme caution here @jason101.

The TGA has directed pharmacies to restrict the sale to a 1 month supply or less for some of these items you are selling.

While they aren't constrained at symbion or CH2, there is an amendment to the poisons schedule to cover this.

These restrictions were enacted in March 2020 to ensure equitable and ongoing supply to hospitals and patients, they have been updated and still apply. You are putting your registration at risk.

"Supply of quantities that are not clinically required for an individual may be illegal under State and Territory law and contravene Pharmacy Board Professional Practice guidelines."

    https://www.tga.gov.au/media-release/limits-dispensing-and-s…

Medicines that may be subject to increased demand due to COVID-19 symptom management - non-prescription

Pharmacists are required to limit sales of the below non-prescription medicines to one unit per purchase.

    Anti-histamines
    Cough suppressants
    Decongestants
    Expectorants
    Ibuprofen
    Mucolytics
    Aspirin
    Paracetamol
    Throat preparations (lozenges, gargles)

  • My order last time took a little longer than expected, but man that generic Telfast (Hayfexo) has been saving my butt for a few weeks now

  • OP, why can't we buy individual items? You can charge shipping based on minimum amount spend but allow individual items to purchase such as 1 nasonex with 1 Panadol packet.

    • You can buy individual items - please see the other notes of the deal (above) links to most of the individual items.

    CHEMISTS OWN C-ZINE
    140 Tablets (2x 70 Tabs)
CODE: TAKE9 (price will come down to $20.99 delivered)

    Dr Reddy's Cetrine
    70 Tablets
    Price: $9.99

Any particular reason to buy the Chemists Own C-Zine over Dr Reddy's Cetrine? The former requires a larger purchase and is more expensive.

  • Why do you write "Panadol generic" instead of just paracetamol? Are people really so brainwashed by brands that they dont even know the generic names?

    • +1

      Yes

    • SEO probably

Have you looked at using sendle for sending parcels to cities? Cheaper than Australia Post, usually quicker as by courier and they collect from you.

    • Appreciate the suggestion - I get barrages of hate via email/phone already thanks to Aussie Post, I'm frankly too scared to try sendle as I know they use a multitude of terrible couriers which require buyers to drive miles to depots etc to collect - Ozbargainers are angry enough without having to deal with couriers please etc ;-)

  • Mine arrived into regional NSW yesterday. Thanks Jason!
