I know there are higher priced 3070 builds like you mentioned but at the same time you get what you pay for. If you want a budget 3070 build then this isn't a bad one, PSU is a bit low at 600 though if you're going to add much other hardware to this build. I don't know Intel builds so can't comment on the mobo, ram and CPU.
Should be OK for KF chip, overclocking not available.
KF chips can definitely be overclocked…
WELL. TIL. My mistake, I thought anything with an F meant it cant be overclocked, so that means it has no intergrated graphics? And K means clockable. Gotcha.

kf just means without integrated graphics. why would there be no oc?
K means unlocked (can OC), F means no integrated gfx.
600W is 100% too low. Nvidias requirement is 650W minimum.
NVIDIA do overestimate this a bit but yeah it's borderline, you don't want to be buying an expensive PC to be using a PSU that may be strained. It's different if you build yourself and have it at hand already.

Got a almost exact same build as this (32Gb vs 16Gb), and 600W is doing just fine. Playing all my games on max res, no issues at all.
So, how is it too low ?
Definitely good price. 3070 comes around $1200 if my estimation is correct…
The 9900KF is 2 generations old now, with 12th gen Alder Lake is around the corner for a Q4 2021 release
The 9900KF is running skylake based cores, it's basically identical to the 10700KF.
The 11700/11900KF are running a more modern core architecture, but it's barely an improvement in the real world, single digit percentage improvements if any at all.
12th gen might make a difference, it'll probably get a price hike if it is better though, like Zen 3.
Won't make a huge difference to gaming unless whatever you're playing requires pcie4 speed SSDs or higher speed RAM.
While some modern games are starting to require decent SSD speeds, I'm not aware of any which requires PCIe4. The gains from RAM in this instance will typically be incremental at best.
The pictured case is completely different from the one it says in the specs.

The CPUs will perform similar enough, the only improvement is the mobo- so you can choose $300 more which is all that will make any noticeable difference if you're a gamer or miner, or to save that $300 for slight improvements to RAM, PCIe4 support, etc.

They seemingly left that out so you can guage the value of the GPU versus buying one yourself.
To put simply, you're spending a little under $1100 for the GPU here. Normally the 3070 is worth around $1600, though if you look around hard enough, can be found around $1450. On a good special it's a little below $1200 but nothing like that seems to exist right now.
So in terms of value versus building something similar yourself, its actually pretty good, the issue is the CPU/mobo is outdated hardware, still premium though, but lacks a few modern updates like PCIe4 I'd imagine.

6700xt, $1100.
If I caught either below 900, I'd jump on it without a second thought.
& the cheapest I've actively seen the 3070 was $1400. I don't really want to spend more than $1200 for that- MAYBE close to that for the ti variant.

In this busy market, new hardware is going to cost more- leaving older hardware at relatively the same price so in terms of value, you won't be gaining that much unless you catch something on clearance.

I've had a great experience. Fast replies via messaging. Fast dispatch. Had the PC within a week shipped out to NSW. Clean cabling as well. Bought V2 of this PC. Same specs, different case and was approx. $100 cheaper (June 2021)

I've had a mixed experience - took 2 weeks and multiple follow up calls to get a reply and quote from my initial email (after they advised me to send it through). This delay meant I missed out on some bundled specials, so the final price ended up being higher than anticipated. Some staff weren't so knowledgeable, others have been great and very helpful. Took about 3 weeks (and more follow ups) before it was shipped. They used AusPost which I wasn't impressed with, and delivery is looking like it'll take a week. Hoping it arrives safely.

As long as you are not overclocking the GPU or CPU, this system will pull about 450watts at max load of both CPU+GPU, a condition people rarely meet but its certainly possible.. that leaves 150w for random spikes. Should be fine. that said you wouldn't want to OC the 3070 or the CPU (motherboard is garbage tier so the CPU overclocking is out of the question anyway…)

This is the second BPC build I've looked at in the last couple of days pictured with the AIO installed with tubes up top. Hoping they don't actually ship this way.
