I've had a few issues with redeeming eBay/Paypal vouchers over the years, but in every instance the proper refund has been sent to me after contacting their customer support. A few weeks ago they gave me a 10% off voucher, which was rejected at checkout, but they promptly sent me the refund I was entitled to after emailing them.

That's pretty poor, leaving negative feedback because you dont want the item and the seller wont do it, becaused engaged in a contract with them.

That's why I hate selling stuff on eBay… I list the item for 7 days, buyer wins auction, and then refuses to pay because he/she thinks he's paying too much for it (or makes other lame excuse).
As a seller you can't leave negative feedback, but the buyer can! Nobody ever seems to take eBay seriously anymore.
Else I'm leaving neg feedback to the bastard!
That's really poor form on your part; it's not the seller's fault that you entered into a contract to buy from them and now don't want to pay.
Then, if you don't pay, they report you as a non-paying bidder, then after they successful close it (as this is what you are), your negative feedback mark will be removed, so whats the point!?
