not within 7 days, but u could make a complaint to ebay, you may get a compensation voucher.

Looks like you've been negatively reviewed here lol.

    • -2

I think you received some negative reviews here

    • The one deserving of a negative review here is you mate.

  • +3

I don't mind the orders being cancelled but they should not lie to eBay that the buyer asked for cancellation.
    That is not true.
Will leave a negative feedback for that.

    • They should have used other reasons than this.

    • +2

Well you cannot give feedback for a cancelled order.
But I messaged ebay customer service that the 'Buyer asked to cancel' was false from the seller.

        • oh thanks for that
it says we have to wait 7 days until we can give a neutral/neg feedback.

Also, I received a response from the ebay customer support team:

"I am sorry to hear about what happened on your purchase that was cancelled by the seller with an inappropriate reason. Nothing to worry, I already reported this seller to our department in charge. We are going to make sure that they will face certain condition of eBay. Thank you for letting us know about this."

They will change it to a seller cancelled transactions instead of buyer asked for cancellation.

A new low for ozbargain, its one thing to try your luck on what is clearly a price error listing its another to complain and throw a tantrum when your order is cancelled especially towards a small business.

    • -4

They are NOT a small business.

      Lots of stores.

Can we talk about the actual keyboard itself :)

I own both the tkl and full sized clicky versions.

Definitely worth the actual price, just look at the YouTube reviews.

I paid about $250 each on sale.

I can't go back to full sized keycaps now, It feels like you're wasting travel distance for no reason.

Good rgb customisation, no latency, great battery life.

Disadvantage is its micro usb type B.

    Highly recommended

    • Hey there,

Do you prefer the Tactile or the clicky variant?

      • +1

Sorry I meant I have the tactile keys.

Apparently the clicky has the exact force and actuation like the tactile, with the clicky being just more noisier.

        I'd go with tactile.

Closest resemblance, tactile is a low profile cherry brown switch, and clicky being blue.

        • +2

Sweet, thanks mate. Now just waiting patiently for those ~$250 sales

          • @LordPanda: Just an FYI, I purchased both on ebay, one from titan_gear and one from eb games.

Ebay does 15-20% off once in a while, you can also stack gift cards to further save.

Took me about a week to get used to the low profile keys, but after that you'll be typing very accurately and efficiently (for both business and gaming purposes)

  • its a nice keyboard. it took time for me to adjust without having a numpad.

Look at the few Google Reviews they have. Can't just relocate the the negative rating of 20 orders to the buyers.

This isn't a small company either ABN info, they trade under 5 different business names. 3 online stores and an ebay account under the main ABN listed name where they probably pedal all their clearance stock for above RRP. Pretty sure they can afford to do the right thing and cancel due to pricing error.

    • True, it appears to be a medium sized business. More known as "Device Deal" which we've had some deals from them

      • +1

Granted they may have some deals as part of one of their trading names but looking at their ebay shop seems to sell their clearance stock well above the average retail price. A few comments on deals seem to say they regularly cancel orders due to pricing errors but cancel at buyers request. Might try and ramp up attention on OzB first then return to normal price, it's free advertising.

Owners seem like the dodgy type by playing off trademarked names, e.g QNAP Shop, Synology Shop (listed as a historical business name after they probably got a cease and desist)

Disclaimer: QNAP Shop is not an affiliate of QNAP. All other company names, brand names, trademarks and logos mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and do not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by QNAP Shop of the respective trademark owners.

Current price of $405.70 They are having a laugh!!!

  • +2

    For everyone who's after a $3.53 keyboard, here's a reasonable alternative:
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/133877208090

    You're welcome.

  • Each of these will cost the store 30c to cancel the order.

    • That’s cheap.

  • +5

And you can bet someone's out there blackmailing the seller over this price error to ebay/the ACCC for incorrectly using buyer's request as the reason for the refund. Just because they want thier $3, $300 RRP keyboard.

Cut a man some frickin slack, you're kicking a man while he's down.

    • also u can bet all accusations like this only came after "expired",
no matter this one or anyother price error from ebay (adidas shoes)
all the moral accusations only appears after it ended !
hours even days after it ended!
some moral perfections just can't help himself to click in and do the mocking over and over again.

  • I'm waiting for a great price on the G915 Tactile full size keyboard, $288 is best I've seen so far but hope someone does better.

    • +1

its simply a very expensive keyboard, I don't think its gonna ever go near 200 as long as no one offers a similar keyboard for cheaper. Those corsair K70s still going for well over 200 even 8 years after release.

Luckily that time means a used market is up, so you could get some decent G915 in a few years, but that what it will take, years.

  • I love my G915 TKL. It replaced my aging G915 but I found the TKL has better ergonomics so the mouse hand isn't placed so far away…

It's just an awesome keyboard. So slim it almost melts into the desk. Feels great to use.
