        ah okay (sorry, still getting used to the interface). The SMS 2FA felt a little "forced". I see the google authenticator option, which I do not use… haha but it's something. Early days, nee hours, but I like the interface so far. Would be interesting to see the roadmap.

    Said this in the last deal but be aware that you can’t send any crypto out of their wallet without establishing an ‘account history’…even after you upload a photo of yourself, driver's licence and passport……….

    Sure its "free" $10, but it isn't really free if it’s stuck in the platform and unable to be transferred out if they force you to use their platform more.

      You should only need to enter the details from your license or passport and the system will automatically verify the details against the government database. If it is unable to match the details it will ask you to upload them so our team can review. A common scenario is with passports, to be able to verify the passport we need to have the full name including the middle name, if you forget to include the middle name than it will fail & ask you to upload the docs.

          Correct they are not fully compliant, they are trying to be but they have a very long way to go, it's fairly complex it would take ages to go into all the details. Large investors is basically anyone who actually wants to make sure they are trading on a 100% compliant platform really. People doing $10,000's might not care about these things and probably will never get audited by the ATO. But $100,000's and millions you most likely will at some point and when that happens you probably want to make sure you are fully compliant.

However if you want reliable 7 days local live chat support, Australian regulated and compliant account to ensure taxes are done correctly these would be some reasons you would use us. For those who invest large amount in Australia, want to open Super accounts, Trust or corporate accounts you will find they only want to open accounts with a local based and operated company to ensure compliance is met at all times, this is something you don't get with the ones you mentioned.         Binance and ftx, first transfer takes about 24hrs it is the banks that takes longer.
        Succeeding xfers took only from minutes to an hour

    Hi Rep, I'm looking to abandon Swyftx because of their false and deceptive claims about withdrawal fees - their website claims "standard network mining fees" for withdrawal of cryptocurrency, but I was charged significantly more than that and not as a result of high network activity for the cryptocurrencies involved.

    Digital Surge's website states the same for withdrawal fees. As an example, would you be able to let me know what fee I'd incur in withdrawing ADA to an off-exchange wallet? I think the network fee is about 0.20 ADA (based on what my wallet is reporting right now), but on Swyftx I was charged 1 ADA for a withdrawal. Binance also lists ADA withdrawal fees at 1 ADA. Would Digital Surge charge less than that?

      I can confirm we do not add any extra fees on top of the network fee when transferring. We only make our money on the fee + spread nothing else such as deposits, withdrawals or transfers we do not take any fees from this.

Most companies don't advertise their spread amount for this exact reason as they don't want you to know that they charge more then other places.     These guys are hopeless. Last promo I got the $10 and withdrew it. Provided correct account details and the money never went through. Told them and they said there was a technical problem. Went through all their hopes and ensured the details were correct. They flaffed about so much and never rectified the problem so eventually gave up. They're absolutely useless. The energy wasted on them was worth more. Like talking to a brick wall.

          You are right, how did 750 people sign up to this deal with only 1616 hits? This is not impossible, but seems unlikley that 1 in 2 clicks signed up with all that effort to sign up for an account, and the numbers would have been a lot more interesting hours ago when the names were posted when it was less than 1600 hits. And supposedly there are now more than 750 sign ups.
