I get what you're saying, but the confusing wording does have some logic behind it. Professional AFLW uses a size 4 footy, whereas AFLM uses size 5. So there is no point getting a size 5 if you're playing with your teenage girls, but there would be if you have teenage boys. Hope this clears it up! :)

I bought both of these last year, for the kids (and myself).
The size 5 popped after landing on a spike, so thanks to this deal I've bought the No5 again.
Thanks for the heads up OP, BTW I recommend these footballs for kids as young as 8Y.O for the No4 and 10Y.O for the No5.
They're still big enough for adults to have fun with, they're not tiny like the free ones you get from OzKick.

Oh the deal must have finished now (7pm AEST Saturday) as I just checked, the No4 is now $19 and the No5 is OOS!!
I bought the No5 football for $10 at 3.30pm today and the No4 was $10 also.
