    Bought one of these a couple months ago and the screen smashed within a fortnight of my kid having it. The app is also not intuitive and poorly translated into English. Not worth it.

      It’s a new model redesigned app. It’s called GL20 and it’s exceptionally good looking and premium in quality. It would be good to have a look at our new product on website. It’s really premium in quality and works perfect.

        See, to me, you are replying to a customer by promoting the newer model and not even addressing their poor experience with your product.

        That along with the very poor grammar on the website and all the reviews being an incredible 5-stars, doesn't fill me, a potential customer, with confidence in your product or after-sales service.

          Hi the watch screen of KidsOClock v1 is actually quite strong. It can’t just break unless there was an accident. We have now our new app as well with gl20. But just the fact that our previous app had some grammatical errors does not mean that it did not do the job. At just 129$, a kids mobile phone, which is trackable is still a very good deal. How ever if you contacted us, we would have replaced your screen at cost, just like you do when your break your phone screen. I can see some where suggested that we give mr GR3360 our new model? Let’s do that. Please contact us with your order details as well as broken watch details.we will replace your watch for free. Thanks

    Bought one of this, no different than a $20-$30 watch you can order from aliexpress.
    the apps are individually developed by some Chinese startup etc.. and not just one. there are multiple apps that I was recommened to use
    like GR3360 commented, poorly translated to english (looks like they simply used one of their Mandrine to English translator.

    Location shows at least a few kms away. sends un neccessary warnings and doesn't when it is required.

    and the other imp factor if anyone is worries is the data which will obviously stored in their china servers.

    I returned mine as I bought it using paypal where I can have assurance of returns

      Hi this is GL20 model not v1. It’s redesigned app called KidsOClock, locally developed. Also the 20$ watches you are talking about are 2g the technology that was obsolete in australia 4 years ago. I work for the company and the new model is just exceptional. It’s some thing every parents should have. I am telling you this as a parent my self. I understand if you don’t want to agree with me but given that you do not have the product in your hand may be you can re think over it? Any how it’s not the same product that you might have purchased or returned.

    It has been the same "deal" since forever! they just raised the price and put a "discount" on it. dodgy

    Bought one from them off ebay earlier this year for $130, broke down after less than a month, battery sucks, won't last even to mid day. the watch was working whenever it felt like until it just stopped. the customer service is a complete joke, once your outside the 30 days returns - money goes down the drain
    watch ended up in the rubbish bin, not worth the headache and anger it causes.
    learned a lesson the hard way, stick to real brands from real stores and not rebranded chinese crap !

    Do yourself a favour and search online, thats a 40buck product directly from china available everywhere, even the videos and the photos are copied from the chinese website. put a fancy "kidsoclock" name on it and try to rip us off our cash,I AM SICK OF THESE "DEALS".

      Hi the old model has no issues at all. It was just cheaper and had less battery, smaller camera and that reflected in price. Gr3360 watch screen was accidentally broken as the watch screen can not break easily. I am
      Sure we all have broken a lot of mobile phones screens in past few years but non of them got replaced by Apple? Any how let’s just do that. We will replace there watch totally free of cost.     I myself as a parent have been look at all these options and I don't see anything that stands apart. All seem to have issues. Some are priced close to Apple and Samsung watch prices for what look like toy watches. Kids also feel more anxious about how the watch is perceived by friends. I find most of the designs are very toy like if u made them at least look aesthetically pleasing then it maybe worth it.
