OK so my subway isn't even open but they took my order and I now have been assigned my 4th driver?
I cannot update my details and this order seems to be getting never delivered, does DD even know my order cannot be fulfilled?I once placed a Doordash order with a restaurant that turned out to have shut for sometimes during lockdown. Even though the restaurant was open according to Google. I only found this out after going to restaurant at pickup time. I was wondering why the order status never updated but it made sense afterwards… Now I know there is a middle order status which indicates the restaurant has accepted the order or not.
I don't think it's Doordash's fault as it's up to the individual restaurant to make themselves unavailable on online food ordering companies if they're not open during the opening hours they say they are. Doordash's system won't know otherwise.
